Track & Field 2008 Registration

Note:  At this years registrations we will be collecting any old uniforms or old sneakers you no longer use. At some point we will gather all of these items and send them to youth in Africa who are less fortunate then our children. Please consider donating at registration.

Saint Patrick CYO Track & Field program is open to all boys and girls in grades K through 8 that live in Glen Cove, Sea Cliff, Glen Head, Roslyn, Bayville and Locust Valley.

REGISTRATION FEES:
  • REGISTRATION FEE:  $70.00 (New Runners), $45 (Returning runners who do not need uniform)
  • Cost includes up to 6 Spring track meets (weather permitting), 1 Fall Championship, Uniform (Shorts & Shirt) &  practices
  • Please make checks payable to Saint Patrick - CYO
   
PRACTICES:
  • TEAM PRACTICE WILL BE HELD EVERY SATURDAY AT THE GLEN COVE HIGH SCHOOL TRACK
  • Practice will begin in early April

IMPORTANT NOTE CONCERNING FINAL MEETS:

·         Our CYO Track & Field season culminates with two very important meets:

  • The Regional Meet: Sunday in the Middle of May and

  • The Championship Meet: Sunday June 20th. (Father’s Day).

It is important that if your child qualifies for any of these two meets, he or she attends these Finals.  If you have any questions please speak with any coach. ·  
   
TRANSPORTATION: Parents are responsible for the transportation of their own children TO and FROM practices and meets.
   
INSURANCE: Registration fee includes medical insurance for the children who are participating.  This insurance is in excess of your own family Coverage.
   
CONDUCT: Each participant agrees to abide by Saint Patrick - CYO Code of Conduct, which forbids the use of foul language, fights, and all unsportsmanlike behavior.  Noncompliance is reason for dismissal.
