The St. Patrick’s CYO Track Team Adopt’s-A-Spot

The corner of Pearsall Ave and Walnut Road has been adopted by the St. Patrick’s CYO Track Team.  On Saturday, May 26, 2007 a number of parents, coaches and athletes from the team cleaned up and planted flowers on this corner which is located right down the road from their Sponsoring Parish, St Patrick in Glen Cove. 

 The Team has committed to the beautification and litter clean-up of this area.  A spokesman for the Team emphasized that they wanted to give back to the community that has been so supportive to them over the years.
