This Meet has been
cancelled due to the weather forecast. There is NO
rain date.

LOCATION
The USMMA is located at
300 Steamboat Road, Kings Point, NY 11024.
TIME
The meet will be divided into two parts: a
morning session for children in grades K through 3, and an afternoon session
for children in grades 4 through 8.
The
morning session
will commence with a
coaches meeting at 9:15 AM.
Clerking for the first race will
begin at 9:30 AM. Please arrive
no later then
9:00 AM
The afternoon session will commence
with a coaches meeting at 12:45
PM.
Clerking for the first race for the
children in grades 4 – 8 will begin at 1:00 PM.
Please have your children at the track by 12:30 PM.
EVENTS
Please limit the children in your
programs to 3 events. No more than 2 teams per relay, and no more than 2
children per individual event. Here is the order of events, by session:
DIRECTIONS
The USMMA is located at the end of
Steamboat Rd. in Kings Point. Take the LIE west to the Lakeville Road exit
(Exit 33). Lakeville Road will eventually become Middle Neck Rd. Take Middle
Neck Rd. about 2 miles. Turn left onto Arrandale Ave. At Wood Rd., turn
right. Then turn left onto Steamboat Rd. Steamboat leads into the USMMA.
There is parking outside, to the
right of the entrance.
Regional Meets
Monday, June 9th
- Only K – 3rd Grade should attend tonight (Kidnergarten does
not run at this event)
Tuesday June, 10th - Only 4th – 8th
Grade should attend tonight.
Please arrive by 5:30pm so that the coaches have time to take attendance and
set up the races. The first race will go off at 6:15pm sharp. This meet is
run by CYO and should be over not later than 9:00pm. To participate in the
finals on you must have participated in this meet. Likewise if you can’t run
on June 18th then you don’t need to be here tonight. Please notify your
Coach as soon as you know if you can’t run tonight or on the 18th.
Directions to Mitchell Field Complex:
The track is located directly across the street from the LI Childrens Museum
and Cradle of Aviation Museum. Take Hempstead Tpke. East to Earl Ovington
Blvd (which is the turn BEFORE the Nassau Coliseum. Make the left turn and
follow it toward Nassau Community College. Make the left turn onto Charles
Lindberg Blvd. the track and field are on your left side. Upcoming
