The St. Patrick's CYO Track & Field 2005 season
came to an end on Father's Day at Mitchel Field at the Long Island
Championship. Top runners from three regions compete to see who is
the best of the best. Going into this years' championship, the St.
Patrick's team had never won more than three medals. This year they
placed 30 teams/individuals in the final to compete in over 100
events. Of the 30 events, the athletes earned six gold medals, nine
silver medals and three bronze medals. Listed are the 2005 Long
Island CYO Champions and the events they competed in:

Each athlete on the team showed that with effort, determination and
